In 1990 she started to work for book publishers as a free-lance editor, translator and consultant, and soon after her first horse novels for children and teenagers were published, being a perfect means to combine her two great passions: Writing and horses.
From 1998 on book after book was published, among others the series Die Ponys vom Käuzchenhof, Jule und die Geisteroma, the interactive detective novels Die Pferdebande and Allys Clique at our publishing house. When Karin Müller lived for some months in Sweden she met Carola Lind, who taught her how to communicate with animals. Today she lives and works as animal therapist, writer and translator in a small timbered witches house in Burgwedel, near Hannover. As often as possible she goes to spend time in Sweden, at the seaside. This - and being together with her daughter Carlotta and her animals – gives her power and inspiration.
